2. Services Overview

CleverCodeCrew provides:

  • Custom software development

  • Web & mobile application development

  • Automation & integration solutions

  • Maintenance, hosting support, and consulting

Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in individual proposals or service agreements.

3. Consent to Communications

If you opt in to emails or SMS, you consent to receive messages (updates, reminders, marketing). Standard message/data rates apply.

4. Opt-Out

  • Text STOP for SMS to unsubscribe

  • Use unsubscribe link in emails

5. Fees & Payment

  • All fees are due as specified in invoices or contracts

  • Late payments may incur suspension of service

  • Unless stated in writing, fees are non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • We retain ownership of pre-existing tools

  • You receive a license upon full payment for deliverables

  • Custom client deliverables are licensed for your intended use

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals

  • Grant access to systems needed for work

Delays in client deliverables may impact timelines.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranty of performance or results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CleverCodeCrew from claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
